Our apprentices have been enjoying the help and assistance provided by more experienced members of our team in both the engineering and electrical departments, to build on skills and knowledge through working on a variety of projects.
Through our direct association with Developing the Young Workforce - Shetland (DYWS), and SIC Youth & Employability Services, work experience has been taking place over agreed timescales, and we have enjoyed having those allocated time with us.
Opportunities for work experience were provided throughout our business from electrical engineering to administration.
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who visited, worked hard and have hopefully gained the experience they were looking for.
