About Us
DH Marine has been serving customers throughout Shetland for more than ten years. The firm was founded by David Henry in June 2000 and business has grown steadily since then, almost entirely on the basis of word-of-mouth recommendation.

The early focus was on marine electrical engineering and, although that’s still an essential part of the business, the firm has diversified successfully into industrial electrical engineering, sales and plant hire. Eighteen people are now employed and there is scope for further growth.
David Henry is pleased with the way the company has performed and attributes its growth to the fact that there are many satisfied customers who are happy to recommend DH Marine to others.
